Kate captures the vibrant interplay of sea, sun and sand from above at some of her favourite surf spots and beaches.

Growing up on the Fleurieu Peninsula she learnt to surf at the age of 10, and still regularly surfs along the South and Mid Coasts.

Kate works as a Forensic Investigator, painting in her days off to relax! As well as painting Kate loves spending time with family and travelling.

Her paintings have been described as “joyful” and able to “brighten any room”, reminding the artist of summer days spent floating amongst the waves always waiting for “one more”.

A number of Kate’s current works hang at Artworx Gallery in Goolwa, and Swell Brewing in McLaren Vale (South Australia) and are available to view or purchase.
